- Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.
- Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party components, our proprietary tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
6. Maintenance and Support
If you subscribe to our maintenance and support services:
- Support coverage is limited to the specific services outlined in your maintenance agreement.
- Response times are estimates and may vary based on the nature and complexity of the issue.
- We reserve the right to determine which software updates, security patches, and other maintenance activities are necessary and appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will iSuperCoder, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
This limitation applies to any damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use our Services.
- Any third-party websites or content accessed through our Services.
- Any viruses, bugs, or other malicious software obtained by accessing our Services.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
